The sales contracts, relating to the stickers and other products offered for sale on this site, owned by the company Labelbike (hereinafter simply referred to as ), and stipulated remotely via electronic networks are governed exclusively by these general terms and conditions.
These general terms and conditions govern exclusively sales contracts stipulated with consumers - meaning natural persons acting for purposes outside of any entrepreneurial, commercial, or professional activity they may carry out - and Labelbike.
Sales contracts for the products offered for sale on this site are considered concluded when Labelbike receives knowledge of the purchase order placed by the consumer. The purchase order is considered acknowledged by Labelbike when it is available at the Labelbike email address. Labelbike will promptly send the consumer a receipt of the purchase order placed by the consumer.
The consumer is required to carefully read these general terms and conditions before placing their purchase order. Submitting a purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance.
Finally, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the consumer is required to print and retain these general terms and conditions, which they have already viewed and accepted during the contract conclusion phase.
The consumer purchases the product, whose characteristics are illustrated online in the relevant descriptive or technical sheets, depending on the product, at the price indicated therein, plus the delivery costs specified on the site.
Before submitting the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product is summarized, as well as the total cost in the case of purchasing multiple products and the related delivery costs.
Once the purchase order has been submitted, the consumer will receive an email from Labelbike confirming receipt of the purchase order and containing information on the main characteristics of the purchased item, a detailed indication of the price, delivery costs, applicable taxes and payment methods, and containing a reference to the general terms and conditions of the contract and information regarding the existence of the right of withdrawal, the conditions and methods for exercising it displayed on the site.
The consumer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following methods listed.
a) Payment by credit card
Payment for purchases by credit card (PayPal) can only be made with Visa, Mastercard, JCB credit cards (in addition to American Express and Diners for missing sticker stores and local stores) and only by the cardholder/holder.
If the consumer intends to make the payment by credit card, he or she can use a procedure, made available by Labelbike, suitable for ensuring the confidentiality of the data provided by customers. In particular, this procedure requires that the credit card details be entered via a secure connection to the Transaction Server, which guarantees a high level of security: Labelbike, in fact, will not be aware of the consumer's credit card number, which will pass directly from the browser to the Transaction Server managed by the circuit bank, without being stored by Labelbike or other parties.
b) Payment with alternative payment methods
If the consumer does not wish to use a credit card, they can use the "alternative payment" option (the option next to the credit card) and follow the instructions provided (depending on the country and type of store, this may be a postal order, international postal order, or bank transfer). When making the payment, the consumer must indicate the "Order ID" number that appears on the summary page at the end of the purchase process, in order to facilitate the processing of the order.
<p>The purchased item is delivered to the geographic address indicated by the consumer (shipping information). Any specific needs must be communicated to Labelbike by the consumer before the goods are handed over to the carrier for delivery (address change, etc.).</p><p>In Italy, Labelbike delivers the purchased product to the consumer's geographic address via GLS courier and/or Poste Italiane. International shipments are handled by DHL.</p><p>Delivery of the goods is guaranteed within 2-3 working days from the day after Labelbike receives payment and hands the goods over to the carrier for delivery.</p>Il bene acquistato è consegnato all'indirizzo geografico indicato dal consumatore (informazioni per la spedizione). In Italia, Labelbike provvede alla consegna all'indirizzo geografico del consumatore del prodotto da lui acquistato tramite corriere GLS e/o poste Italiane. Le spedizioni internazionali sono affidate al Vettore DHL.
La consegna del bene è garantita entro 2-3 giorni lavorativi decorrenti dal giorno successivo a quello in cui Labelbike riceve il pagamento ed affida la merce al vettore per la consegna.
Products purchased on the "Labelbike" website are subject to the regulations on the sale of consumer goods contained in Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale and guarantees of consumer goods.
The products delivered comply with the characteristics illustrated online in the relevant descriptive or technical sheets, depending on the product purchased by the consumer.
Labelbike is liable to the consumer for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.
In the event that the delivered goods present a defect in conformity, the consumer has the right to have the goods restored to conformity or replaced.
Without prejudice to the applicability of the remaining provisions of Directive 1999/44/EC, the aforementioned right is recognized by the consumer provided that the delivered goods have been used correctly, in compliance with their intended purpose and as provided in the instructions for use included with the product purchased. In particular, the aforementioned guarantee does not apply to goods with defects of conformity that the consumer was aware of at the time of entering into the contract or could not reasonably have been unaware of.
a) Terms
The consumer is required to report the lack of conformity of the goods to Labelbike within two months of the date on which he discovered the defect. The consumer forfeits the rights listed above if he fails to report the lack of conformity within the indicated deadline.
The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with Labelbike without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within thirty calendar days from receipt of the goods.

Important: Return costs under the terms of the withdrawal are always the buyer's responsibility. Withdrawals are accepted within 30 days of the goods arriving at your home.
Please note: To receive a full refund, the sticker must NOT have been peeled, used, or applied. It must therefore arrive at the company in a resalable condition.
This contract is governed by Italian law. The application of Italian law to this contract does not affect the possible application of mandatory provisions of the legal system of the consumer's country of residence and intended for their protection.
