1. Object
The sales contracts, concerning the stickers and other products offered for sale on this site, owned by the Labelbike Company (hereinafter referred to simply), and stipulated remotely via telematic networks are governed exclusively by these general contract conditions .
2. Leave
These general contract conditions exclusively govern sales contracts stipulated with consumers - meaning as such natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial or professional activity carried out - and Labelbike .
3. Conclusion of the contract and acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The sales contracts of the products offered for sale on this site are considered concluded when Labelbike has knowledge of the purchase order placed by the consumer. The purchase order is considered known by Labelbike when it is available at Labelbike 's electronic address. Labelbike will promptly send the consumer a receipt of the purchase order placed by the consumer.
4. Consumer obligations
The consumer is required, before submitting his purchase order, to carefully read these general contract conditions. The forwarding of the purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance.
Finally, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the consumer is required to print and keep these general contract conditions, already viewed and accepted during the conclusion phase of the contract.
5. Method of purchase
The consumer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated online in the relevant descriptive or technical sheets, depending on the product, at the price indicated therein to which the delivery costs specified on the site are added.
Before submitting the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product, the overall cost in the case of purchasing multiple products and the related delivery costs are summarized.
Once the purchase order has been forwarded, the consumer will receive from Labelbike an e-mail message confirming receipt of the purchase order and containing information relating to the main characteristics of the purchased good, a detailed indication of the price, costs of delivery, applicable taxes and means of payment and containing a reference to the general contract conditions and information regarding the existence of the right of withdrawal, the conditions and methods of its exercise displayed on the site.
6. Payment methods
The consumer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following methods listed.
a) Payment by credit card
Payment for purchases by credit card (PayPal) can be made exclusively with Visa, Mastercard, JCB credit cards (in addition American Express and Diners for missing sticker shops and local shops) and only by the owner/holder of the credit card.
In the event that the consumer intends to make the payment by credit card, he can make use of a procedure, made available by Labelbike , suitable for ensuring the confidentiality of the data provided by customers. In particular, this procedure requires that the credit card data be entered through a secure connection to the Transaction server, which guarantees a high level of security: Labelbike , in fact, will not become aware of the consumer's credit card number, which will pass directly from the browser to the Transaction Server managed by the circuit bank, without being stored by Labelbike or other subjects.
b) Payment with alternative payments
If the consumer does not want to use the credit card, he can alternatively use the "alternative payments" (option next to the credit card) and follow the instructions provided (depending on the country and type of shop this could be a bulletin postal order, international postal order or bank transfer). When the payment is made, the consumer must indicate the "order ID" number that appears on the summary page at the end of the purchase procedure, in order to facilitate the fulfillment procedure.
7. Delivery of products
The purchased good is delivered to the geographical address indicated by the consumer (shipping information). Any specific needs must be communicated to Labelbike by the consumer before the goods are entrusted to the carrier for delivery (change of address, etc.).
In Italy, Labelbike delivers the product purchased to the consumer's geographical address via GLS courier and/or Poste Italiane.
International shipments are entrusted to the carrier DHL.
Delivery of the goods is guaranteed within 2-3 working days starting from the day following the day on which Labelbike receives the payment and entrusts the goods to the carrier for delivery.
8. Guarantee of conformity and defective products
The products purchased on the " Labelbike " site are subject to the regulations on the sale of consumer goods contained in Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale and guarantees of consumer goods.
The products delivered comply with the characteristics illustrated online in the relevant descriptive or technical data sheets, depending on the product purchased by the consumer.
Labelbike is responsible towards the consumer for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.
In the event that the goods delivered present a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to have the goods restored to conformity or to have them replaced.
Without prejudice to the applicability of the remaining provisions contained in Directive 1999/44/EC, the aforementioned right is recognized by the consumer provided that the goods delivered have been used correctly, in compliance with their destination and as provided in the attached instructions for use. to the product purchased by him. In particular, the aforementioned guarantee does not apply to goods that present defects of conformity that the consumer knew at the time of the conclusion of the contract or could not reasonably have been unaware of.
a) Terms
The consumer is required to report the lack of conformity of the goods to Labelbike within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect. The consumer loses the rights listed above if he does not report the lack of conformity within the period indicated.
9. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with Labelbike without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen working days from receipt of the goods.

10. Applicable Law
This contract is regulated by the Italian law. The application of Italian law to this contract does not prejudice the possible application of mandatory rules of the legal system of the country of residence of the consumer and intended to protect him.
